Human pre-mRNA 3'-end processing machinery database


        Protein-protein interaction network of the human pre-mRNA3' precessing machinery is very extensive. Protein-protein interactions of individual proteins from CPSF, CstF, CF Im and CF IIm subcomplexes are neccessary for forming stable 3' processing complex.

        As it can be seen in the picture below, symplekin, C terminal domain of RNA polimerase and CPSF, CstF, CF Im and CF IIm subcomplexes forms many interactions forming the core of the complex. Other protein are more specific and interacts with only one or few proteins. Nevertheless, they are still important and neccesary for function of the complex.
